Terms and Conditions of Sale

Vinyl Graphics and lettering - All sales are final upon payment, which serves as approval for the work to be done as described on the invoice. The .pdf files sent out during the quoting process are exact representations of the graphics to be produced with respect to size and shape when printed at 100% on the customer’s printer. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure proper fit and appearance on the model prior to placing the order. Color satisfaction is also the responsibility of the customer prior to the sale. Vinyl color samples are available upon request.

Electronics - All sales are final. No returns. When properly installed and operated, our products are warranted to be fully functional as specified in the user manual for a period of one year after date of purchase. Repairs are available for a nominal charge.

Purchasing/Payment – Sorry; we don't have a shopping cart. We would rather have some personal contact with you via e-mail or a phone call to insure that you are getting the product you need and to assist you with your application. We accept personal checks, money orders, PayPal, and credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex).

     Check or Money Order - Send it in the mail.

     PayPal - We will send you a PayPal Invoice via e-mail, or you can pay our PayPal account directly: GScaleGraphics@comcast.net.

     Credit Cards - You may call us on the phone (970-581-3567), or we can send you a secure link to pay online using either PayPal or Pro-Pay.

                            (Do NOT send us your credit card info via e-mail)

Shipping - Most graphics orders will be shipped via First Class U.S. Mail. Larger orders will use U.S. Priority Mail. Electronics are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. International orders will be sent via standard First Class mail (lowest rate).

Support – We will always support our products. Customer satisfaction will always prevail.

Losses - G-Scale Graphics is not liable for any damage incurred to a customer’s locomotive, rolling stock, or model during the installation, use, or removal of our products.

Privacy - Customer contact info is retained for our future use, but will not be shared with anyone. Credit card info is immediately disposed of following each transaction. We will not keep a copy of your credit card number on file. Your e-mail address will only be used to communicate with you concerning active orders. We won't send you any junk mail, share or sell your e-mail address.

Copying rights - Images created by G-Scale Graphics are the property of G-Scale Graphics, and may not be copied or reproduced for any purpose other than test fitting and/or approval of the work order.
