We are garden railroaders who enjoy all aspects of this great hobby. This little business adventure is just another road to go down; to learn, to have some more fun, to help satisfy a need of our fellow garden railroaders, and to perhaps help finance some of the other aspects of our hobby!

We are Del and Linda Tapparo, owners and operators of the D&L Garden Railroad in Fort Collins, Colorado, established 1998. After trying some vinyl lettering with our local sign shops, we were immediately sold on the concept and the product. But after researching the vinyl sign industry, we discovered we had made some compromises in price, materials, and colors. And getting exactly what we wanted required a lot of negotiation and constant monitoring of the process. Sign shops don't know how to deal with small lettering projects. As garden railroaders, we know what you want and need, and we will tailor our product to meet your exact requirements at a reasonable price.

G-Scale Graphics was established in April 2004.

2006, Electronics? Yes. After 33 years in the design, development, assembly, and test of industrial electronic products, we are now having fun directing our electronics knowledge towards large scale train applications.

2007 was a good year! Our Critter Control product line has been well received. Over the course of the year, many refinements and improvements were incorporated into the design. Our sign business also continues to grow. Both the signs and the electronics continue to serve many of our customers on a repeat basis. Thank you for your on-going support!

2008 - The electronics side continues to grow; The Simple Critter Control and the Battery Conversion Module.

2009 - This was a busy year! We introduced the both the 75MHZ and 2.4GHZ RailBoss R/C systems and all of our boards went through an update adding mounting holes and reverse voltage protection. The battery conversion module also got a facelift: The BCM2 is now offered in Floor Mount and Door Mount versions. And of course we still provide custom vinyl lettering to our many new and repeat customers.
